History
PharService
PHAR SERVICE a.s. was established back in 1991, which means that it has existed for more than 20 years. During this time, it went through a very dynamic development.
The company was created with the aim to provide a complete spectrum of delivery-engineering services, with the inclusion of maintenance work. These services are oriented mainly on pharmacy, health care, food-processing industry and chemical industry. The basis of the company consisted of skilled engineers and technicians working in investment construction in the specialized fields mentioned above.
Over time, the company became one of the leading providers of technological construction components for pharmaceutical industry and it keeps expanding its activities to other industries as well (company's current activities are listed in a separate chapter named ORIENTATION). The company's offices are located in a reconstructed building in Kollárova Street, Praha 8, in the centre of Prague. The service base with sufficient storage and production areas can be found in Dolní Měcholupy.
In 2002, the company was transformed into an incorporated company.
PHAR SERVICE, a.s. has also established two subsidiary companies.
PLANCON Praha, s.r.o., in which PHAR SERVICE, a.s. has a dominant interest, is mainly focused on project and engineering work.
CONTECO CZ spol. s r.o., in which PHAR SERVICE a.s. also has a dominant interest, and which was originally taking care of large technological deliveries that are now handled by PHAR SERVICE, currently specializes in construction work.
