- technical maintenance of facilities in the defined extent as a careful manager in such a way, that the technical equipment would fully suit the client's needs,
- maintenance, functional check-ups, revisions and tests of machinery and technological equipment of buildings in the terms and extent that are compliant with the universally valid regulations, functional regulations and functional requirements of the primary supplier (manufacturer),
- additional services related to supportive processes and property management.
